Your hosts

Patrick Eschbach and Caroline Huerlimann are the owners of 21 La Vallée and speak a number of languages between them, of which fluent French, English and German.

As a native “Alsatian”, Patrick will be happy to advise you on what to do do in the area, where to go and what to see, whether it is on foot, by bike or by car. He will gladly recommend local restaurants to suit your tastes and can also advise you about where to buy the famous Alsatian wine, which he knows a lot about.

On the other hand Caroline, as a dual national from England and Switzerland who also speaks Italian, Swiss German as well as Arabic, will be in charge of your comfort during your stay and will make sure you at least start your day with a varied and satisfying breakfast, accompanied by self-made jams and local organic farmer products. She will do everything she can to make your stay an agreeable and memorable one.
